At IDS Menus the ordering process is simple and straightforward.
The following outline describes the steps involved to order your new Menu System.


Getting Information
The IDS Menus web site provides a great deal of information about our menu boards and other products. In addition, you may want to call us toll-free at 1-800-542-9779 to speak directly with an Account Manager. For a printed brochure, click on the "Free Catalogs Available " link and fill out the form information - we'll send a catalog to you within three business days.

Receiving A Quote
Simply email or fax us your store menu and tell us how much space you have available to work with. Our Account Managers will put together a menu board configuration that suits your needs. For a more accurate quote, please answer the following questions: Do you want food images and how many? Will your system require lighting? Do you want to display your menu boards on a wall or have them hang from the ceiling? Which accessories or additional products would you like to order?

Placing Your Order
Once you are satisfied with the quote we've given you, we can proceed with your order. A fully refundable 50% deposit is required to get things started. Your Account Manager will work with you to gather any additional information that can be of help in designing your menu system (regarding color requirements, images, your company logo, etc.).

Designing Your Menu Board System
Once your order is created, a designer will be assigned to your account. Your designer will create a photo-realistic rendering of your menu boards within 2-4 business days and email it to you for your approval. Together, your designer and you will make revisions to the layout until you are one hundred percent satisfied. We allow for multiple revisions, but we do ask that you communicate your required changes in as efficient a manner as possible. You can contact you designer via email or by phone during this process. And remember, your deposit is fully refundable until you've signed off on your menu layout.

Production Time
Once you've approved your layout, it will be sent to our Production Department where your order will be produced with only the finest, state-of-the-art materials and equipment. From final approval to production, you can expect your order to be shipped within just 10 business days.

Delivery & Installation
Your finished menu boards will be shipped ground unless otherwise instructed, a process which takes about 3 business days. You will receive a customized assembly diagram along with your menu system. We've designed our menu boards for easy installation - in most cases, drilling a few small holes in the wall will be the only part of the installation process requiring tools.
